Beginning July 1, 2026, the annual permit fee for the Franklin Recycling Center will increase from $35 to $50.

Residents who wish to use the Recycling Center may purchase a permit sticker starting July 1 at any of the following locations:

DPW Administrative Office, 257 Fisher Street

Treasurer/Collector's Office, Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street

Recycling Center, 455 Beaver Street

The annual permit is valid from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
