The Franklin Food Pantry to Host Workshop on Nonprofit Lifecycles Capacity Building on July 10th
In order for
nonprofits to do their important work, they must be strong, capable and
durable. In this interactive workshop you'll discover a straightforward
assessment tool that looks not only at your programs, but also the
requisite management, board, systems, and financial elements that
support those programs. The Nonprofit Lifecycles™ Capacity Building
model diagnoses your organization's current capacity, sets realistic
and achievable goals for growth and sustainable impact, and offers
practical tools and strategies to improve your organization's
performance.
The workshop will be presented by Heidi Holtz of Stillwork Coaching and Consulting, a Certified Lifecycles Capacity Consultant.
There is no cost to attend, the course is being funded through a grant.
The training will take place from 12:00 to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 in Franklin.
Space is limited, please contact Laura Doherty at [email protected] by Thursday, June 13th to RSVP.
