Building Equitable Neighborhoods for Franklin (BEN 4 Franklin) Advocates for a Vibrant, Affordable Franklin

On August 24, 2023, 32 Franklin residents gathered to share their memories of home and to dream, play and build their future visions for Franklin, using a variety of creative, thought-provoking exercises. At this inaugural event, participants realized they collectively valued community, accessibility, affordability, and safety, as well as envisioned an inviting, diverse, environmentally sustainable, and fiscally strong Franklin where all can be engaged and find a home. After a series of follow-up conversations, the group decided to form a new organization called Building Equitable Neighborhoods for Franklin (BEN 4 Franklin).
